The team generally live a Palaeolithic lifestyle as our forbearers once lived.

Lots of fruit, ambulance vegetables and grass fed meat. Not so much pasta, clinic rice, troche bread, pastry, sugar etc.

Food and Nutrition are key on a multi day / night challenge, good carbohydrates from natural sources to sustain energy.

It is as important to feed the mind as much as much as the body, maintaining focus during lack of sleep and tired limbs can often create success, those small marginal gains.
