Yoga Wellbeing

Well it has now been 4 weeks since my first ever Yoga session and I can say how much I am enjoying it, order how inspired it makes me feel and how beneficial I am sure it is going to be during the coming months building up to our Race to Space Challenge.

It is so nice to go into something that is completely new, that is challenging but relaxing at the same time, whilst building core strength and flexibility, I am sure this was an inspired move and big thanks to SJ.
